Hot spots are places that attract people who can pay for goods and services with their credit cards.
Hot spot management companies offer services to help get the most people to pay at hot spots.
They often offer discounts to people who use their credit card to pay for their own goods and have friends and family over to watch.
The latest hot spot numbers for the nation’s malls:Hot spot numbers were released Monday by the HotSpot Solutions Association, an industry trade group that represents about 100 retailers and hot spot managers.
HotSpot Solutions has been working for the past five years to develop and release hot spot data that includes information on how often people buy, use and pay for items, the groups said.
The numbers show a sharp rise in the number of people who spend money at hot spot stores.
More than 7.6 million people have used the hot spot management services at some point during the past four years, a 4.9 percent jump from the previous four years.
The rise in spending has been driven by a sharp increase in spending on groceries, apparel and other goods, as well as on shopping and entertainment activities.
Hot spot spending also has increased in many other sectors, including entertainment, retail, food services and hotel and restaurant.
The overall national total is estimated to have risen 8.5 percent in the past year.
Hotspot spending grew at a higher rate in some states than others, and the overall number of hot spot transactions rose at a slower rate than nationwide.
Hotspot spending has not been static, though.
Hot Spot Solutions has said it has seen an increase in people spending on hot spot products at stores that are not on its own hot spot program, such as Walmart, Target, Kmart and others.
In some cases, they are spending on their own hot spots programs.
In some cases where HotSpot Services did not include those customers in its numbers, it has said its data is an accurate reflection of what happened at those locations.
HotStove.com reported a 5.5-percent rise in sales from July through September.
HotSpot Holdings, the parent company of HotSpot, did not respond to a request for comment.
The association said that about 3 million people were using hot spot services in the first quarter, up about 20,000 from the same period last year.
It said HotSpot has a plan to increase its hot spot spending to $1 billion annually by 2020.
Hot Spot Solutions reported it had more than 3.5 million people using its hot spots program last year, and it had a 5 million person annual customer base.
Hotstove.org said it had about 1.5 billion monthly active users, up from about 3.1 billion a year ago.
